Role Overview
We are seeking a
detail-oriented and process-driven Sales Operations Officer
to support and control the full sales lifecycle for our real estate developments.
This role is critical in ensuring
smooth coordination between Sales, Brokers, Legal, Finance, and CRM
, while maintaining
accuracy, compliance, and speed
across bookings, EOIs, SPAs, and post-sale processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Booking Operations
Process and validate
EOIs, bookings, and reservations
Issue, track, and follow up on
Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
Coordinate SPA signing, amendments, cancellations, and re-issuance
Maintain accurate
unit availability, pricing, and inventory status
Ensure booking data accuracy across
CRM and ERP systems
Broker & Channel Management
Support
broker registration, onboarding, and documentation
Validate broker deals, commissions, and compliance requirements
Coordinate broker lead registration and allocation (where applicable)
Act as a liaison between
Sales Team and Brokerage Network
CRM & Data Management
Maintain clean, updated, and auditable records in
CRM systems
Generate sales trackers, reports, and dashboards
Monitor deal pipeline, aging bookings, and pending SPAs
Support CRM data integrity and user compliance
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with
Sales, Legal, Finance, Collections, and Customer Service
Coordinate approvals related to pricing, payment plans, discounts, and exceptions
Support launch, pre-launch, and post-launch sales operations activities
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all transactions comply with
UAE real-estate regulations
Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements
Follow internal SOPs, approval matrices, and authority levels
Key Requirements
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
2-5 years of experience
in Sales Operations or Real Estate Administration (developer or brokerage)
Experience in
off-plan and/or ready property sales
is highly preferred
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of
EOI, SPA, booking, and post-sale processes
Hands-on experience with
CRM systems
(
Salesforce "is an Advantage"
, Oracle, or similar)
Strong Excel skills (trackers, reports, reconciliation)
Familiarity with
UAE real estate regulatory frameworks
is an advantage
Core Competencies

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Professional, ethical, and compliance-oriented mindset
Language Skills
English is mandatory.
