We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales & Operations Executive
to support our growing business. This dual-role position is ideal for a motivated
female professional
who excels in both sales and operational coordination. Candidates
must be on their own visa
and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and outbound sales efforts
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support customer retention and upselling
Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and sales proposals
Conduct product/service presentations and handle customer queries effectively
Monitor sales targets and achieving KPIs
Operations Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activity, and operational tasks using ERP systems
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review
Handle customer service issues and ensure timely resolution
Qualifications & Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a similar sales and/or operations role, preferably in technical or service-oriented industries
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Female candidates only
