WHAT YOU\'LL DO
We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented individual to lead our Sales Operations for our B2B Business in MEA. This is a critical role as we scale our business at a fast pace, and you will need to have a Growth mindset (start up).
Also we are looking for someone who is highly structured and strong with Financials (Excel), but also who\'s got business acumen as you will interact with the Sales team on pricing and commercial proposals.
Our Sales Operations Associate reports into the Executive Director for our MEA B2B business and will be based in Dubai.

Our Sales Operations Associate will be primarily focusing on supporting our B2B Sales activities and helping to operationalize our B2B Business.
Our Sales Operations Associate will accomplish the business goals through a variety of roles and functions including:
strategy
data analysis
on-boarding and training
forecasting
sales territory design and sales pipeline
process optimization
pricing and proposal operations, bid desk management
quota setting
accountability
Ability to collaborate and interact across teams, including Pricing team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
6 years experience as a Business Analyst/ FP&A/ SalesOps or previous commercial roles who want to pursue a cross-organizational role with high impact in Sales Operations.
Strong business acumen and sound judgment
Demonstrated success in previous roles preferably within the telecommunications industry
Passionate, motivated, detail-oriented, and data-driven self-starter
Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of Salesforce and BI tools
Ability to translate high-level sales strategies into system and process requirements
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks without losing track of the details
Strong organizational and project management skills
Solid analytical skills and ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
Experience working independently to design, plan, and execute technical projects
Able to distill data and articulate the rationale for making difficult trade-offs
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
Comfort and experience with cross-organizational communication; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
