will be responsible for managing daily orders, coordinating between customers, florists, and the delivery team to ensure smooth and timely execution of every order. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to handle operations efficiently--especially during peak times.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily sales and order operations (online and walk-ins).
Coordinate with florists to ensure accurate and timely preparation of all flower arrangements.
Communicate clearly with the delivery team to ensure prompt deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Track and follow up on all pending orders to ensure smooth workflow.
Update and maintain order tracking systems and reports.
Support marketing or promotional campaigns with operational planning.
Be available online (via WhatsApp, phone, or email) for urgent or after-hours needs when required.
Maintain stock levels of flowers, accessories, and packaging materials in coordination with procurement.
Ensure all operations align with GiftyGram's quality standards and brand image.
Requirements
Proven experience in operations, sales, or customer service (preferably in retail or floral/gifting industry).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficient in using online platforms, order systems, and communication tools (WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, etc.).
Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
Flexibility to be available or responsive outside of regular hours when needed (especially during peak seasons or emergencies).
