We are looking for a proactive and result-driven

Operations Manager

to lead and manage interior and gypsum contracting projects from client engagement to project handover. The ideal candidate will take over after the Quantity Surveyor sends the quotation, maintain strong client relationships, convert opportunities into confirmed projects, and manage complete execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with clients after QS submits quotations to address queries and secure project approvals. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and consultants. Convert client inquiries and quotations into confirmed projects. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams to plan and manage project operations. Oversee day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline targets are met. Monitor material and manpower requirements and ensure efficient resource utilization. Conduct regular site visits and resolve any operational or technical issues. Provide weekly updates to management on project status and progress. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations/project management within interior fit-out or gypsum contracting. Excellent client handling and negotiation skills. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Familiar with project documentation, contracts, and BOQs. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. UAE driving license preferred (if applicable).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
