This Position reports to:


Regional Sales Operations Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive commercial and operational support across the business. Each day, you will perform a variety of administrative, sales operations, and communications tasks, while also supporting management with coordination and reporting. You will showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload.

This role contributes to the Process Automation Business Area for the Measurement & Analytics Division based in Dubai, UAE. This role is reporting to the Regional Sales Operations Manager in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing detailed reports and reminders to ensure adherence to timelines and operational efficiency Overseeing order booking, planning, and fulfillment processes Creating Purchase Requisitions (PR) for indirect materials in coordination with the country's Supply Chain Management (SCM) team Managing and reducing account receivables overdue by conducting local follow-up calls with customers and stakeholders Coordinating logistics for visitors and events, including visas and hotel arrangements for third-party engineers and ABB staff Acting as local support for various administration activities Supporting travel and expense processes for HR and management Assisting with follow-ups on action plans, deadlines, and regional meetings Assisting the local management and sales teams with communications materials (including presentations, social media posts, and employee recognition)

Qualifications:

You enjoy working with file improvements, projects, and standardizing processes in the commercial and sales operations area You have at least 5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial and administration support roles UAE local experience will be an added advantage Possess excellent communication and presentation skills Degree in an equivalent area You are at ease communicating in English; Arabic is nice to have You don't have any restrictions to hold a driving license or work in UAE & oversight countries
