Sales Officers (RMs)

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, meetings, and property visits Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients Onboard and activate new brokers to maximize sales opportunities Present properties and projects confidently to potential buyers and partners Conduct timely follow-ups and ensure an excellent customer experience Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and deal closures Stay updated with market trends and company projects to pitch effectively

Requirements

Excellent

communication and interpersonal

skills Strong

English proficiency

(verbal & written)

1-2 years of real estate experience

in Dubai required Positive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality Strong phone handling and follow-up abilities Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate sector

UAE driving license

is an added advantage
