We're Hiring: Sales Officers (Insurance Sector - Dubai, UAE)

Are you a dynamic, target-driven professional passionate about sales and client service?

We're looking for Sales Officers to join a growing insurance brokerage team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell various insurance products - Health, Motor, Life, Property, Marine & General.

Build strong client relationships through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Understand client needs and offer customized insurance solutions.

Coordinate with insurers for policy issuance, renewals, and claims support.

Maintain accurate sales records and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service (UAE market preferred).

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).

Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: AED 2,000 (based on experience)

Incentives: Up to 25% performance bonus
