Lead Management Call and convert leads to admissioms from digital campaigns and from various online sources including walk-ins on Zoho CRM. 2. Counselling, Conversion, Collections, and Reporting - Provide information on courses, eligibility, duration, fee level, suitability to career, etc. - Verify documents and credentials as per need - Convert to admission - Follow up on registration and fee payment 3.
