We are seeking a target-driven and resourceful Sales Officer with direct experience in UAE company formation, business licensing, and setup. The ideal candidate will not only close new business but also upsell legal and corporate services such as PRO, visa processing, and document drafting. You will be expected to source your own leads, attend networking events, and offer strategic consultation to entrepreneurs and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and convert leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and events
Advise clients on
Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore business formation
options
Guide clients through legal structures, licensing types, visa quotas, and regulatory compliance
Upsell additional legal services
Attend industry events and exhibitions to build brand presence and generate leads
Maintain strong relationships with clients, government authorities, and free zone officials
Achieve monthly sales and upselling targets
Accurately record client interactions and progress in the CRM system
Stay updated on changes in UAE company laws, visa regulations, and industry trends
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in:
UAE company formation (Mainland & Free Zone)
Business licensing and setup procedures
Demonstrated ability to close deals and upsell services
Strong knowledge of UAE business laws, visa procedures, and PRO services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Self-motivated, well-presented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
