Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, with a focus on the education industry.
Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
Conduct tailored product presentations and demonstrations based on client needs.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer support and maintain post-sale engagement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions through CRM platforms.
Qualifications:
Minimum of
2 years of telesales experience
, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills--both written and verbal.
Self-driven with strong organizational and time management abilities.
