Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers:
Engage with customers in person, via phone, or through digital platforms to promote Loan products.
Explain product features:
Clearly communicate the benefits, features, and terms of Personal Loan products, ensuring customers understand the application process, eligibility, and fees.
Achieve sales targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas as set by the sales manager or organization.
Customer acquisition:
Guide customers through the application process, assist with document collection, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain customer relationships:
Offer post-sale support, answer customer inquiries, and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge:
Keep up-to-date with the latest Personal Loan policy, products, terms, promotions, and competitors to provide the best service.
Cross-sell products:
Where applicable, recommend other financial products (e.g., Current Accounts, and savings accounts) based on customer needs.
Ensure compliance:
Adhere to all relevant regulations and policies regarding the sales of Personal Loan products, including privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
Education:
High school or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience:
Prior experience in sales, particularly financial products or retail, is preferred.
Knowledge of Loan as process and services is a plus point.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident with an ability to close sales.
Customer-service oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
Knowledge of CRM systems or sales software is an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (if required).
