Job Profile: Sales Officer - Hospitality Division

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline;

MBA / Diploma in Sales & Marketing

will be an added advantage.

Experience

2-4 years of proven sales experience

in supplying products to

Hotels, Restaurants, Schools, Catering Companies, Hospitals, and other commercial establishments

. Prior experience in

hospitality supplies, FMCG, HORECA, or institutional sales

is highly preferred.

Vehicle & License

Valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory

.

Own car preferred

(fuel/transport allowance as per company policy).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with

hotels, restaurants, cafes, schools, and institutional clients

. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the hospitality and commercial sector. Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and product presentations. Achieve assigned

monthly and annual sales targets

. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and submit regular sales reports. Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections as per company policy.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

. Good understanding of

hospitality industry needs and purchasing cycles

. Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively. Result-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. Proficient in

MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Additional Requirements (Enhancing the Role)

Knowledge of

local Bahrain market, hotel chains, and procurement processes

. Ability to build long-term relationships with

purchase managers, chefs, and facility managers

. Flexible to work in the field and handle pressure during peak seasons. Team player with a positive and proactive mindset. Fluency in

English

is mandatory;

Arabic speaking

will be an added advantage.
