We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Officer
to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations within the office. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, maintain customer records, process orders, and help improve the efficiency of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations
Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up with clients
Respond to phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and sales events
Track inventory and liaise with warehouse/production teams regarding stock availability
Prepare sales reports and documentation for internal use
Support the onboarding process for new clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Cakes preferred.
Knowledge of basic sales and customer service principles
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
Working Conditions:
Office-based environment
