We are looking for an energetic and results-driven
Sales Officer
with proven experience in
holiday homes or vacation rental services in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting short-term rental properties, handling client inquiries, closing bookings, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
holiday homes / vacation rental properties
across Dubai
Handle inquiries from guests, agents, and corporate clients
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
Advise clients on suitable properties based on budget, location, and stay duration
Coordinate with operations teams for check-in, check-out, housekeeping, and maintenance
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer details
Build strong relationships with property owners and repeat clients
Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and seasonal demand
Ensure compliance with
Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET)
regulations
Required Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in holiday homes or vacation rental services in Dubai
Hands-on experience with
short-term rental operations and sales
Good knowledge of prime Dubai locations such as
Downtown, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, and JLT
Experience working with
DET-licensed holiday homes
Familiarity with OTA platforms and Property Management Systems (PMS)
Experience in customer handling, guest relations, and after-sales support
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a professional attitude
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good organizational and time-management skills
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
Background in
travel, tourism, hospitality, or real estate
is an advantage
Language Requirements:
English (mandatory)
