Sales Officer
to join their growing team in Dubai.
Role Overview
As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating new business for our client's valuation and consulting services. You will build relationships with banks, developers, real estate agencies, corporates, and investors, promoting their full suite of valuation offerings and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Promote our client's property, plant, machinery, and building valuation services to corporate and individual clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, real estate agencies, developers, and investors.
Identify new business opportunities through client visits, networking, and referrals.
Present our client's valuation approach, compliance standards, and digital tools.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Meet monthly revenue targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Work closely with internal valuation and consulting teams to support client delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in
real estate sales
,
corporate sales
,
mortgage/banking
, or
valuation service sales
.
Strong understanding of UAE real estate market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders (banks, developers, agencies).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident engaging in B2B sales.
A valid UAE driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
Multilingual candidates are welcome (Arabic, English, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog, etc.).
