Role Overview:
We're looking for a confident, polished, and driven Native Arabic-speaking Sales Officer who can charm clients, close deals, and represent our brand with class. If you've got the charisma to match the cars, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries across WhatsApp, phone, and social media.
Convert leads into reservations with a professional and customer-centric approach.
Maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat clients.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, contracts, and add-on services clearly and confidently.
Manage daily bookings, follow-ups, and upselling opportunities.
Coordinate with operations for timely vehicle delivery and return
Ensure every customer interaction reflects our luxury brand standards
Prepare daily sales reports and track performance
Requirements:
Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).
Strong English communication skills.
Previous experience in sales (luxury, automotive, or hospitality preferred).
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
Smart, energetic, and well-presented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and social media.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
