We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Officer to help us expand our brand and delight new customers.
Job summary
As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, primarily by establishing and nurturing business-to-business (B2B) partnerships. You will identify and approach potential corporate clients, hotel/restaurant/catering (HORECA) venues, and other retailers to grow our wholesale business. The ideal candidate has a love for baked goods and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the food and beverage industry.
Key responsibilities
Actively research and identify new B2B sales opportunities within the Dubai market, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, and corporate offices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Conduct sales meetings, present product samples, and create compelling proposals that showcase the quality and value of Fatcheeks Cookies.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules, ensuring that agreements are profitable for the company and satisfactory for the client.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work closely with the bakery and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of wholesale orders.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to help develop new sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and sales forecasts using a CRM system.
Required skills and qualifications
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the bakery, FMCG, or food service industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.
