We are looking for 2 candidates - one male and one female - to join our dynamic team.

We are a dynamic real estate developer firm looking for enthusiastic and proactive Sales Officers (RMs) to join our team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to build lasting relationships with brokers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively generate and follow up on sales leads via calls and in-person meetings

Build, maintain, and expand relationships with brokers; onboard and activate the maximum number of brokers

Conduct regular client visits and property presentations

Ensure timely and effective follow-ups with clients and brokers

Maintain a positive, go-getter attitude to consistently achieve sales targets

Learn product and market knowledge to effectively pitch projects to potential clients and brokers

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth processing of sales documentation

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent command over English is a must

Positive mindset, self-driven, and result-oriented

Strong phone handling skills and ability to do quality follow-ups

Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry

UAE driving license is an advantage

1-2 years of Dubai real estate experience required
