Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries
Promote and sell holiday packages, air tickets, and visa services
Build strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
Assist in marketing and promotional activities
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
Previous experience in travel or customer service preferred
Good communication and sales skills
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
