Job Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Officer to join our dynamic trading team. This role involves managing both domestic and international sales, developing new markets, and ensuring seamless execution of import/export operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, exceptional negotiation skills, and proven experience in sales or steel trading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct steel product trading through direct negotiations with customers and suppliers in both local and global markets
- Drive sales initiatives across Japan and overseas by identifying and developing new markets and client relationships
- Oversee end-to-end import/export processes: contract drafting, shipment scheduling, trade document verification
- Analyze global market trends, execute price negotiations, and manage supply-demand coordination
- Visit and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued business
- Assist in budget management, sales forecasting, and preparation of performance reports
- Collaborate closely with logistics, accounting, and legal teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Resolve issues related to product quality, delivery timelines, and cost to meet customer expectations
- Manage product portfolio to optimize revenue and market presence
- Evaluate cost structures and determine pricing strategies for different customer segments
