Job Description

We are a dynamic real estate developer firm looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales

Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a

strong desire to learn, and the ability to build lasting relationships with brokers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

? Actively generate and follow up on sales leads via calls and in-person meetings

? Build, maintain, and expand relationships with brokers; onboard and activate maximum

number of brokers

? Conduct regular client visits and property presentations

? Ensure timely and effective follow-ups with clients and brokers

? Maintain a positive, go-getter attitude to consistently achieve sales targets

? Learn product and market knowledge to effectively pitch projects to potential clients and

brokers

? Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth processing of sales documentation

Requirements:

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Positive mindset, self-driven, and result-oriented

? Strong phone handling skills and ability to do quality follow-ups

? Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry

? UAE driving license is an advantage

? Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply
