Sales Officer with at least 2 years of experience in the HORECA
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA clients.
Identify and target new business opportunities within the HORECA segment.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Conduct regular visits to clients for order generation, follow-ups, and resolving issues.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new strategies.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit limits.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic reports to management.
Coordinate with supply chain and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and HORECA client needs.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
