Role Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven

Sales person

with a strong and valid background in media sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and has a proven track record of closing deals in a fast-paced media agency environment and history of meeting monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch our services effectively. Close sales deals and ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to maximize retention and referrals. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry shifts to refine sales strategies. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand business opportunities. Utilize CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions efficiently.

Qualifications

:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within a media or digital agency. Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in pitching and selling creative and digital marketing services. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of digital marketing, media, and branding. Experience in client relationship management and project coordination. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
