Sales Executive
to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships in the fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial fit-out projects (offices, retail, hospitality, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Conduct site visits, understand project requirements, and prepare quotations/proposals
Coordinate with the design and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables
Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions and pipeline tracking
Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote the brand
Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
Self-driven, confident, and able to work under minimal supervision
Preferred:
Background in interior design, architecture, or project management
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot)
