We are looking for motivated and dynamic Sales Staff to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Requirements:
Prior sales experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through networking, marketing campaigns, and researching industry leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations:
Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to potential clients, addressing their needs and highlighting benefits.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales, and finalize contracts.
Sales Targets:
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, industry standards, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in both sales and marketing efforts.
Marketing Campaign Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that promote the company's products and services, and drive lead generation.
Follow-up:
Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospective clients and existing customers to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
Customer Support:
Provide post-sale customer support and handle any concerns or issues raised by clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and activities in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Selected candidates would be provided
Basic Salary of AED 2,500 and 20% Commission on the Introduced business
and Visa, Insurance and other facilities .
