We are seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to support our business through effective sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, infrastructure, or real estate sales, with a proven ability to meet sales targets in a project-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Promote and sell all kind of light fittings and solutions to clients including developers, government agencies, and private entities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids for construction projects.
Collaborate with project and technical teams to align sales with project capabilities and timelines.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide market insights.
Attend site visits, client meetings, industry expos, and networking events.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and tenders in a timely manner.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle and procurement process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, and sales reporting.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strategic mindset.
Valid UAE driving license

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
