Ensure a steady pipeline of leads and follow through to convert opportunities into successful contracts.
Face-to-Face Meetings with School Authorities:
Proactively reach out to school decision-makers to schedule face-to-face meetings for presenting the robotics training program.

Market Research & Lead Generation:

Collaboration & Internal Communication:

Share knowledge with colleagues and assist with onboarding new sales team members.
Event Participation & Networking:
Represent the training center at educational conferences, exhibitions, and STEM-related events to build relationships with school administrators and decision-makers.
Network with influencers and key individuals in the education sector to expand the center's reach and visibility.
Engage in outreach activities to raise awareness of the center's offerings in the wider educational community.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven sales experience (2+ years), preferably in education, training, or technology sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage school authorities and decision-makers.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and appealing manner.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
