Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Assist in marketing and selling of the company services
Ensure meeting targets and deliverables
Create and implement marketing or sales strategies
Attend to customer issues, resolutions and communicate escalated issues to the management in a timely manner
Obtain market intelligence for competitiveness and assist sales manager to develop sales growth strategies
Meet sales volumes and realize as per budget while monitoring competition closely
Handle customers\' complaints as per the company guidelines and provide after sales service support as and when required
Perform any other related task as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or any related field of study
At least 3+ years of previous experience working in a logistics or courier industry within the UAE
Good problem-solving skills
Must be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Possession of UAE experience is important
Must have good IT knowledge
