Education and Professional Qualifications Min Graduate Fresher or experienced UAE experience in banking sector ( personal finance) is preferred. Must be Arabic Speaking + English is advantageous Shall be able to manage remote / off shore teams Main Responsibilities Setting sales goals Generating leads Selling personal finance / loans Achieving and over achieving targets Delivered strong sales results Prepare Sales Reports Customer service and satisfaction.
