We are a leading organization in Perfume based in Dubai, offering innovative Aromatic products across the Emirates. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Officer
(Arab Nationals Only)
to join our growing team and help drive our business forward.
Job Summary:
The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with the company's objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the designated region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in accordance with company policies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to network and promote the company's offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Arab Nationality Only.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in perfume sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Speaking both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the UAE market.
- Knowledge of perfume products relevant to the company.
- Strong network within the UAE business community.
