We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our team in the SME Banking division. The Sales Officer will play a crucial role in driving the sales of SME banking products and services, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of SME banking products, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential SME clients for our banking products and services.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation activities.
Actively promote and sell SME banking products to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with SME clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Provide personalized financial solutions based on clients\' needs and business requirements.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay updated on SME banking products, industry regulations, and market trends.
Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of our banking products.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather product feedback and contribute to product improvement.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in SME banking or financial sales roles.
Strong understanding of SME banking products, financial markets, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
