- Broker's approach and increase broker's network in the UAE and internationally.
- Generate leads through networking and broker companies.
- Conduct engaging product presentations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, ensuring a win-win situation for clients and the company.
- Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the purchasing process and post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with top real estate developers in UAE.
- Strong sales background.
- Strong network within real estate brokers in Dubai.
- In-depth understanding of UAE real estate laws and market dynamics.
- Experience in working with UHNWI and HNWI.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
