Must have experience in Fleet Industry.
The role requires one to provide back-office support to Commercial Team Business Development Managers (BDM)/Account Managers (AM) by taking care of routine tasks that require liaising with other departments. The key objective of the role is to facilitate the Commercial Team in securing faster turnaround to their administrative tasks that would further enable effective customer relationship management and indirectly resulting in optimization of customer satisfaction, retention and fleet growth.
Develop a detailed understanding of all products.
Develop a detailed understanding of all internal processes and work flows that require interface with the commercial team. This is including but not limited to developing a detailed understanding of all internal process management tools viz. NOLs, GCRMS, SFA etc To manage the assigned tasks relating to interface between Commercial Team and Operations teams to ensure that deadlines are met, specifically regarding new quotation request, new vehicle ordering, vehicle return requests, recalculations, total loss case management and updating activities in SFA and any other tasks as assigned by Commercial team.
To support Commercial Team to maintain the customer databases to the levels required by the company
To reply in a timely fashion to all enquirers raised by Operation teams concerning activities related to new vehicles order and delivery, vehicle returns at the end of or in the case of ET, other issues related to service and maintenance of vehicles and any other similar activities
To ensure all complaints that originate with the Client are logged in SFA and assist, the Business Development Managers to the best of their ability, in the resolution of complaints/ service recovery procedures.
To provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
To follow all reasonable instructions from the Head of Commercial teams as well as the Commercial Director.
To act in a professional manner and maintain professional decorum.
