You will play a key role in
executing in-store activations
, managing stock levels, placing
fridge displays
, and helping grow our brand presence across UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail outlets regularly (supermarkets, co-ops, groceries)
Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and fully stocked
Place and maintain branded fridges and gondolas
Coordinate with store managers for product visibility and activations
Execute monthly sampling activities (coordinate promoters, supplies)
Track stock levels and report shortages
Collect orders and relay them to the sales team
Take in-store photos for reporting and audits
Ensure planograms and brand standards are followed
Support sales team in driving sell-out from the shelf
Requirements
Experience as a merchandiser or field sales rep in FMCG (minimum 1 year)
Valid UAE driving license + own car preferred
Strong knowledge of local retail market (UAE)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Physically fit (moving cartons, setting up displays)
Positive, energetic, and reliable
