to oversee the merchandising and product display across all our retail branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all products are properly presented, stocked, and promoted to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit all company branches regularly to ensure effective merchandising and visual display.
Maintain product availability by monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment.
Implement promotional activities and ensure proper product positioning in stores.
Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management.
Ensure all products are correctly labeled and priced.
Work closely with the sales and store team to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies.
Generate and submit regular merchandising and stock reports to the head office.
Identify low-performing products and suggest improvement strategies.
Ensure brand consistency and visual standards are maintained in all outlets.
Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of displays and shelves.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Merchandiser or in a similar role, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or retail industry.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Willingness to travel to multiple branches across the UAE.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
