What You will Do:

• Own inbound leads - Respond to every B2B webform or email, clarify specs, and lock in requirements.
• Quote with precision - Partner with Sales, Production, and Ops to deliver laser-accurate pricing and mock-ups that meet budget and spec.
• Keep orders moving -Track timelines, confirm material availability, and update clients so projects land on time, every time.
• Launch & maintain listings - Own Amazon, Shopify, and marketplace content - tight copy, killer images, zero data errors.

Preferred Background:

• Experience

• Proven success in B2B or e-commerce sales with a passion for stellar customer outcomes.

• Hard Skills

• Working proficiency with AI & sales tech (ChatGPT, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/CRM automation).
• Advanced communication - clear, persuasive, typo-free emails and proposals.
• Negotiation strength - close deals that wow clients while protecting margins.
• Technical curiosity - hungry to master print-on-demand workflows and licensing products.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar platforms (nice to have).
