Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Sales/Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives and generate revenue. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and achieve targets. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients, and actively pursue new business leads.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold-calling, networking, and digital marketing, to build a robust pipeline of potential clients and prospects.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the unique selling points of our products/services to prospective customers and demonstrate how they address their specific needs.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct persuasive and compelling sales presentations to showcase our offerings, handle objections, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-quality sales collaterals, presentations, and marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, and provide regular reports with key metrics to management for performance evaluation and decision-making.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, generate leads, and increase brand exposure.
