Build the sales and marketing plan for certain business line or certain geographical area.
Achieve the sales and marketing plan meeting the business approved KPIs.
Supervising and leading a group of Salesmen for 2-5 sales points.
Apply the knowledge and experience of developing B2B sales channels and gain large accounts customers.
Prepare performance reports, analyzing them and propose the needed actions to keep align with the business plan (and fix the variances causes).
Analyze the market trend and prepare for the required action plan (collecting data about prices, suppliers, quality, and market size.).
Improving his team in using ERP system and process flow of related sales processes.
Design promotion.
Lead and train a team of 2-5 employees.
Coordinate with other departments (logistics, stores, procurement, and finance) and in some cases outer suppliers.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Diploma / Graduate / Post graduate degree or equivalent in Agriculture, Business Administration or Marketing from a reputed Institution.
+5years minimum experience in sales and marketing in a related business sector
Strong planning, team building and communication skill
Strong analyzing and reporting skills
Goals oriented and self-motivated
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
