Support the sales team with day-to-day activities, including preparing proposals, contracts, itineraries, and resort presentations for clients.
Maintain and update client databases and Salesforce systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Coordinate with internal departments to arrange site inspections, special requests, and other guest requirements to exceed client expectations.
Assist in organizing sales trips, roadshows, and tradeshows, handling logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.
Assist with site inspections on resort.
Handle incoming inquiries, providing information on rates, packages, and availability in a timely, professional manner.
Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist in analyzing trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on promotional activities, online content, and collateral.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in administration within the luxury hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
A positive, team-oriented attitude, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and thinking one step ahead.
