We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing food and beverage wholesale business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the wholesale of rice sales, particularly to hypermarkets, supermarkets, grocery stores, catering companies, and restaurants. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual capable of expanding market reach and driving consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell and promote rice products across hypermarkets, supermarkets, groceries, catering companies, and restaurants.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product penetration.
Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, negotiate deals, and secure new business partnerships.
Maintain and grow relationships with key customers and trade partners.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's sales network.
Coordinate with management on promotions, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer demand.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in selling rice (Basmati & other rice varieties).
Strong experience selling to hypermarkets, supermarkets, groceries, catering sectors, and restaurants.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in food and beverage wholesale (combined roles acceptable).
Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Gulf experience preferred.
Valid UAE residency or ability to transfer.
The applicant should be present in the UAE.
