Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Professional with fluency in German to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding our market presence in German-speaking regions, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills in both German and English, a keen understanding of market trends, and a passion for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans targeting German-speaking markets Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to create tailored marketing campaigns Manage and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events in German-speaking regions Provide excellent customer service and support to German-speaking clients Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets Translate and adapt marketing materials and communication in German Monitor industry trends and stay updated on relevant regulations

Qualifications:



Proven experience in sales and marketing, Fluency in German and English Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
