Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Officer to manage and expand our Cylinder Plant Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new clients in the Flexible Packaging industry, promoting Roto-Gravure Cylinder products, and collaborating closely with the plant's production and technical teams to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in the Flexible Packaging industry. Promote and sell Roto-Gravure Cylinders manufactured at the Cylinder Plant to packaging companies and converters. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and present sales forecasts, customer reports, and market analysis to management. Execute targeted market and sales strategies to achieve assigned business objectives. Coordinate closely with the Cylinder Plant's production, engraving, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality performance. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in cylinder manufacturing and flexible packaging. Regularly visit clients and the plant to align customer requirements with production capabilities. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the plant's products and services.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Printing Technology. 10 to 15 years of experience in Cylinder Manufacturing or Flexible Packaging Division. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cylinder Manufacturing Processes, Engraving Technologies, and Plant Operations. Strong technical aptitude to explain product specifications and production capabilities to customers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical, forecasting, and market research abilities. Proven record of achieving sales targets and business growth. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
