Reports To: Clinic Manager / Director of Business Development
Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote the clinic's services, attract new patients, and strengthen relationships with referring physicians and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales plan to meet patient volume and revenue targets.
• Brand Management: Manage the clinic's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee the clinic's online presence, including website SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Traditional Marketing: Manage offline marketing efforts such as print advertising, community events, and health talks.
• Physician & Corporate Outreach: Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and local businesses to generate referrals.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on ROI analysis.
• Team Leadership: Potentially manage a small team of marketing coordinators or executives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry.
• Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mind with the ability to interpret market data.
