You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase our market share and drive sales growth. You will play a key role in promoting our brand, expanding our customer base, and achieving our sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Marketing Leadership:Develop and implement marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
Manage advertising, promotion, and marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, online content, and promotional campaigns.
Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engage with customers.
Organize and attend trade shows and other promotional events to represent the company and network with industry professionals. Team Management:Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
Set clear team goals and performance metrics; monitor and report on team performance.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales and marketing team environment. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the dried fruit or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to travel as required to meet business needs.
