The role includes but is not limited to the following tasks: Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market; Continually asses marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales Stay up to date on current market trends Accomplish marketing and sales human resource goals through normal managerial duties such as recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees; Develop field sales action plans advertising to accomplish marketing an sales goals; Making sure staff grooming and personal cleanness are on level that is required for BAN Camp service. Ensure all department check list Attends and participates in weekly Leadership meetings Implements and supports all BAN initiatives and programs and requested by management Teams with other BAN departments to ensure exemplary customer service and adherence to policies and procedures Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending conferences and workshops reading professional publications maintaining personal network and joining professional organizations; Promoting Camp facilities, on Social Networks and being in charge of creating and updating Camp web site. Recommend and/or initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing/human resources-related actions in accordance with Company rules and policies. Alert management of potentially serious issues. Achieve budgeted revenues, control labor costs & expenses, and maximize profitability within all areas of the front office. Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans which support the overall objectives of the beach camp Maintain procedures for security of monies, credit and financial transactions, and guest security. Establish, implement, and maintain training and procedures to serve as a central communications point during emergency/crisis situations Assist in managing beach camp revenue generation and maximization through full utilization of company systems, business processes and specifications Perform other duties as assigned Acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when all other management staff has departed for the evening and supervises any remaining staff in the BAN camp. Works with remaining staff to complete tasks in an effective and efficient manner; Following environmental rules of four 4Rs (reducing/reusing/reproducing/recycling) is been followed. Contribute to the departmental revenue Complete market research to determine competition and opportunities for growth Monitor sales performance and align marketing initiatives with high -impact customers; Brainstorm digital and print marketing initiatives with the executive team Improve colleague engagement by creating the right environment Compliance with camp and law standards in Risk Management Drive continuous improvement in the guest experience Consistent delivery of the camp and departmental standards Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 10 years (Required)
• Sales & Marketing: 7 years (Required)
• 4-5 Star hotel Sales: 5 years (Required)
• Reservation & Revenue: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic (Required)
• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
