Job Description

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and referral sources.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Answer questions about the existing customers queries on their existing case/services by always keeping full update from legal consultants, paralegal and salesforce
  • Sending approved proposals to customer and following the same
  • Co-ordination for LSA preparation and getting it signed by both parties
  • Co-Ordination to Invite existing and old clients for the events organized by HL&A
  • Participate in networking events and other marketing activities to promote the law firm\'s services. Maintain accurate records of sales and client activity in the CRM system.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and legal developments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
