Answer questions about the existing customers queries on their existing case/services by always keeping full update from legal consultants, paralegal and salesforce
Sending approved proposals to customer and following the same
Co-ordination for LSA preparation and getting it signed by both parties
Co-Ordination to Invite existing and old clients for the events organized by HL&A
Participate in networking events and other marketing activities to promote the law firm\'s services. Maintain accurate records of sales and client activity in the CRM system.
Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and legal developments.
Other duties as assigned.
