Identify and develop new business opportunities in
MEP and technical maintenance services
(MEP, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, renovation, AMC, one time services, residential & Commercial projects) across Dubai and surrounding emirates.
Meet potential clients (residential, commercial, facility management, construction firms, etc.) to present company services and prepare customized proposals.
Conduct
site visits and initial assessments
to understand client requirements and provide technical inputs where necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure recurring business and long-term partnerships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development and client retention strategies.
Coordinate with the operations/technical team for quotation preparation, project handover, and client updates.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, quotations, and follow-ups on proposals and tenders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.
Maintain an updated client database, track leads, and generate performance reports for management.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience
in Sales & Marketing within the
Technical Services / MEP / Facility Management / Fit-out industry
in the UAE.
Strong understanding of technical works
(MEP, plumbing, electrical, civil, painting, gypsum, etc.) to effectively communicate with clients and the operations team.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
