Job Description
Our Audit & Accounting firm is hiring a motivated person to
contact companies, introduce our services, post on social media, and help grow our client base
.Role Includes:
Contacting companies
Introducing our audit, accounting & tax services
Building client relationships
Generating leads & closing deals
Posting and managing our social media
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication skills ( English )
Confident speaking with businesses
Sales or business development experience
Basic social media skills (Instagram, LinkedIn)
Finance/accounting knowledge is a plus
Compensation Package (Final Version)
Base Salary:
AED 4,000 - AED 6,000 per month
Commission Structure
1. New Client Commission
10% of the first invoice for every new client
2. Monthly Service Clients
5% of the monthly retainer for 3 months
3. Target Bonuses
4 new clients in a month ? AED 500
6+ new clients ? AED 1,000
