Job Description

A Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, building customer relationships, managing advertising and promotional activities, and analyzing market trends to meet company objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Developing and Implementing Strategies:

Creating and executing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and targeting potential customers through various channels.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.

Market Research:

Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Promotional Activities:

Overseeing advertising campaigns, social media marketing, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and product visibility.

Sales Target Achievement:

Ensuring the company meets its sales targets through effective sales and marketing efforts.

Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking and analyzing sales and marketing performance, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration:

Working closely with other teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
Required Skills and Experience:

Proven Sales and Marketing Experience:

Demonstrated success in a similar role, with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and sales techniques.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop solutions to drive sales and marketing performance.

Negotiation and Closing Skills:

Proven ability to negotiate deals and close sales effectively.

Project Management Skills:

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing:

Understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including social media marketing, SEO, and content marketing.

Bachelor's Degree:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often required.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
